The absolute worse customer service, I've been in this place 3 times and walked out with nothing because of the wait or the inattentive staff. I have no idea why I even go in this place but since it's near the movies and redrock it's catches your eye and next thing you know your pissed off because you went in there. Specifically, I went in this location tonight and there's was no line and 1 person working. I literally stood there for 10 minutes with no greeting, no service, and I bailed. I somehow hope this place gets shut down that's how much I dislike it.

Absolutely terrible. The customer service is shocking. I stood and waited for the manager to finish chatting with her friends so I could order some ice cream. Every time I come in the servers are condescending when I ask questions; what goes in an ice cream mix, how much extra for another mix in, etc. DO NOT GO HERE

I wish the shakes were thicker. My grasshopper (mint oreo) shake was like drinkable yogurt. Other than that, it was delicious.

Cold Stone was introduced to me years ago, and if it weren't for fear of my waste line getting out of control I would frequent this place much more. What could be better, creamy home made soft serve Ice cream with your choice of almost endless ingredients. You get to design your own ice cream!! This has to have Ben and Jerry freaking out. I mean this has got to be the best idea since the invention of ice cream. Not to mention you have it whipped up right in front of you on a cold granite slab! Not to worry for those that have tough times with decisions, if the toppings, and flavors are to much for you to handle you can try some of their already thought up concoctions, and trust me they're on the wall for a reason. P.S. Go with the Chocolate Devotion, or Coffee Lovers Only (add caramel to them) and you're in 7th heaven!

I'm not a huge fan of Cold Stone but this location is just fine. It gets super crowded during the summer since it's the only ice cream game at Redstone so be prepared for a long wait in line. There's nothing particularly special about this location, it's just your standard Cold Stone. It's located next to the movie theater which makes it a great stop for a sweet treat before or after your film.

Cold Stone Creameries are always nice, though there was nothing that set this one apart. The lines weren't as long as I expected from the other reviews, and the girl behind the counter let me try a flavor I was curious about, but there was nothing special about my visit. If you're in the area and want ice cream, then by all means go. But I wouldn't make a special trip unless I really loved Cold Stone.

We stopped in here late afternoon on Pioneer Day. There was about 15 people in line and one employee working. It probably would've taken us about 45 minutes to get ice cream had we stayed.
